Attorney Madison is a proud alum of Clemson University. He commissioned as an Air Force officer after graduation, serving as an active-duty Combat Camera Officer and later as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the Air Force Reserve. He earned both Army and Air Force Commendation Medals during his tenure. After receiving an honorable discharge, he enrolled at the University of Tennessee College of Law. As a student, he was active in the law school’s Wills Clinic, Street Law program, and other local community service groups. He established Madison Law, PLLC, a few years after his admission to the North Carolina State Bar. Kirton enjoys educating employees about their rights and helping them fight to protect them. He is dedicated to providing his clients with the quality legal representation they need and the personal attention they deserve.

In his spare time, Kirton enjoys exercising, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
